AWE is seeking two Finance Business Partner Managers for a 12-month hybrid contract based out of Reading. This Inside IR35 role focuses on leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, delivering clear insights to senior stakeholders, and partnering with Commercial teams to drive strategic financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting activities.
• Provide clear financial insight and advice to senior stakeholders and SLT.
• Build strong relationships across the business and understand operational priorities.
• Partner with Commercial teams to support financial decision-making.
• Manage financial change control, ensuring impacts are understood and reported.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Finance Business Partnering team.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Produce accurate reporting and communicate key financial messages to senior leadership.
