Spinwell Global Limited seeks a Finance Business Partner for a 12-month contract, hybrid with onsite presence at Green Park, Reading. You will build relationships with accountable leads and provide financial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making.

The role requires strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and governance, with the ability to lead and mentor teams while maintaining high personal standards.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to become trusted partner for accountable leads.
• Represent finance in stakeholder forums within operating units.
• Ensure services for business partners are delivered on time, within cost and quality expectations.
• Line and task manage capacity and deployment of business partner managers and teams.
• Produce forecasts, budgets, procurement plans, reports and variance analyses as per business rhythm.
• Support, review and approve business cases and drive value for money.
