Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a collaborative finance team. You will provide financial insight, support informed decision-making and help drive business performance through analysis, reporting, planning and stakeholder engagement.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, month-end activities and presenting clear financial information to finance and non-finance colleagues.

Qualifications

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or near qualification.
Experience as Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide financial support and guidance to managers across the business.
Produce management information, financial reports and performance analysis.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
Analyse financial results, identify trends and opportunities to improve performance.
Support decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting.
Present financial information clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Work with stakeholders to improve financial understanding and reporting.
Help develop and improve financial processes, controls and reporting capabilities.
Contribute to month-end and year-end activities.
