Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner based in Lincoln (office based) to lead financial analysis and partner with Business Unit leaders. The role focuses on translating financial data into actionable insight, driving performance and delivering value across the organisation.

You will build strong relationships, challenge assumptions, and support budgeting, planning and forecasting processes while developing clear financial plans and KPIs to enable informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted financial advisor to Business Unit leaders, providing high-quality analysis, insight and constructive challenge
• Building strong relationships across the organisation and embedding a commercially focused, performance-driven culture
• Supporting stakeholders in understanding revenue, costs, margins and cash performance
• Leading budgeting, medium-term financial planning and ongoing forecasting
• Translating objectives into clear financial plans, KPIs and targets
• Preparing and reviewing financial models and business cases to support decision-making
• Evaluating capital investments and strategic opportunities
• Carrying out scenario modelling and sensitivity analyses
• Developing management reporting, dashboards and performance packs
