SRM Recruitment is seeking a senior Finance leader reporting to the Head of Finance in the UK to own the long-term financial strategy for the division. You will build robust financial models, evaluate trade-offs and prepare Investment Committee papers to underpin major propositions.

This role offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders, leadership of the FP&A team overseas, and a chance to shape growth in a fast-growing digital business within a start-up environment.

Qualifications

• Accountancy qualification and senior finance experience in fast-paced organisations.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with ability to present to non-financial audiences.
• Experience driving strategic priorities in large, growth-focused companies.
• Experience in planning and budgeting within a commercial environment.
• Retail/eCommerce exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the financial assessment of strategic and proposition decisions with robust business cases.
• Oversee Budget and Long-Term Plan cycles, challenging senior stakeholders.
• Develop commercial and range strategies with external market insight.
• Shape the customer proposition strategy with financial leadership across marketing and incentives.
• Define fulfilment and Retail Media strategies with financial analysis of options.
• Own FP&A performance and coach the finance team overseas.
