Job summary

Sciensus is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A team and help drive profitability and growth.

You will advise operational and senior stakeholders, build robust financial models, lead budgeting, forecasting, and deliver meaningful monthly performance insights.

This role offers the chance to influence business strategy within a growing healthcare organisation and to work across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
• Strong finance business partnering experience.
• Proficient in advanced financial modelling and analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build credibility and influence across levels.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; exposure to BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance.
• Deliver monthly reporting and performance analysis.
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasting processes.
• Build robust financial models and business cases.
• Support new business tenders and contract reviews via pricing and costing.
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strengthen financial controls and governance.
