Job summary

Stanton House is partnering with a PE-backed healthcare services platform to appoint a Group Financial Controller. The role focuses on building the financial infrastructure to support rapid scale across multiple clinics and care pathways.

Reporting to the CFO, you will own the day-to-day finance function, manage month-end close, cashflow, controls and reporting, and partner with senior leadership on commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have ownership of month-end and year-end processes.
• Experience in multi-revenue, multi-entity and high transactional complexity.
• Experience in healthcare services or regulated multi-site environments.
• Experience with finance systems implementation and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process and deliver reporting packs.
• Lead cashflow forecasting, working capital management and liquidity planning.
• Manage debtors, dispute resolution and revenue recovery processes.
• Develop revenue assurance procedures to improve billing accuracy.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and balance sheet discipline.
• Support audit readiness, statutory reporting and year-end processes.
• Lead finance systems implementation and reporting enhancements.
• Provide profitability, performance and KPI insights to leadership.
• Partner with senior stakeholders for commercial decision making.
• Manage external finance providers and advisors.
• Support acquisitions through due diligence, integration and post-deal controls.
• Help design and scale the future finance team.
