Job summary

Stanton House is seeking an Interim Commercial Finance Business Partner for a 6-month contract, inside IR35, primarily remote in the UK healthcare sector. You will partner with the CFO and leadership to drive growth, evaluate strategic initiatives, and deliver commercial insight to support EBITDA and value creation.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven track record as Commercial Finance Business Partner in a private equity-backed, high-growth or transformation environment.
• Advanced financial modelling capabilities, including business case development and scenario analysis.
• Strong experience supporting tenders, bids, pricing strategy, contract negotiations and complex commercial decision-making.
• Understanding PE value drivers: EBITDA growth, cash conversion, ROI and value creation planning.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across finance, sales and operations.
• Experience supporting growth programmes, acquisitions, carve-outs or international expansion advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate growth initiatives and tender opportunities.
• Develop robust business cases assessing revenue growth, EBITDA contribution, cash generation, ROI.
• Build sophisticated financial models covering full contract lifecycles with scenario analysis.
• Support pricing strategy, tender economics and contract negotiations for positive returns.
• Influence commercial and operational decisions to optimise profitability and scalability.
• Challenge pricing, resource utilisation and working capital implications to improve outcomes.
• Evaluate opportunities through shareholder value creation, cash generation and ROI lens.
• Provide clear commercial insight and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board-level reporting.
• Embed data-driven approach to support accelerated growth and future exit readiness.
