Qualifications

• A professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or working towards.
• Experience in business partnering, management accounting or financial planning.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Turn financial and operational information into clear insight and actionable recommendations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling with explanations of drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Provide financial analysis for investments and resource decisions to support transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value for money across services.
• Develop financial insight through data tools, AI and automated reporting within governance frameworks.
