Experience of providing Finance Business Partnering and managing a team of accounts is essential for this role.

Hyde is looking for a Lead Finance Business Partner to develop its Finance Business Partnering team and help service leaders make informed choices about budgets, resources and investment. Experience of managing a team of accountants is essential.

Reporting to the Head of Budgeting and Forecasting, you'll lead two Finance Business Partners and management accountants, building a team that provides clear insight, constructive challenge and practical recommendations. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Hyde to strengthen forecasting, improve performance and deliver value for money.

What you'll do

What you'll bring

• Experience of managing a team of accountants is essential, with the ability to set clear objectives, develop capability and support strong delivery.
• A professional accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, or working towards qualification, alongside experience in finance business partnering, management accounting or financial planning.
• Strong analytical skills and experience of budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, turning financial information into practical recommendations.
• The confidence to influence and constructively challenge stakeholders, build trusted relationships and explain financial issues clearly to non-finance audiences.
• A commercially focused approach to improving efficiency and value for money, with an interest in using data, AI and automation to strengthen financial insight.
