Qualifications

• Experience leading a Finance Business Partnering team and managing accountants.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience in finance business partnering, management accounting or financial planning.
• Strong analytical skills with budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Commercial focus with data, AI and automation to strengthen financial insight.

• Lead, motivate and develop the team, setting clear priorities and supporting delivery.
