Job summary

Boots Opticians is hiring a Finance Business Partner for IT, Optical Development and Professional Services. You will shape decision making by providing commercially-focused financial insight and challenge to senior stakeholders, while supporting the finance team.

You will partner with FP&A and Financial Control, drive budgeting and forecasting, model investments, and manage cost base to enable informed strategic choices across the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and the finance team.

• Collaborate with FP&A and Financial Control for planning and reporting.
• Manage the cost base to support informed decision-making.
• Explain finance concepts to non-finance colleagues.
