As a Finance Business Partner for IT, Optical Development, and Professional Services at Boots Opticians, you will play a crucial role in shaping and influencing decision making, ensuring all business decisions are commercially focused by applying insight and appropriate challenge and influence. You will foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders and the wider finance team. This role is pivotal in supporting the business to achieve its financial commitments and long-term goals,

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and the finance team.
• Hold business partners accountable for delivering financial commitments and budgets.
• Provide financial modelling support and governance for investment proposals.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Financial Control teams for rigorous financial planning and reporting.
• Manage the cost base effectively to support informed decision-making.
• Explain key finance concepts to non-finance colleagues, enhancing their financial acumen., At Boots, your role as a Finance Business Partner opens up numerous pathways for career growth.
