Sysco GB is recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join the commercial finance team. You will partner with the Regional Head of Sales, providing regional financial support across 50+ sales colleagues in the UK and driving ROI analyses for strategic growth pillars.

The role offers a clear development path and flexible hybrid working with 1-2 days in the Ashford office, with remote work considered. Fully qualified accountants with strong stakeholder skills are sought.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA accountant.
• Strong business partnering skills across all levels.
• High level financial analysis and modelling ability.
• Numerate with strong data analytics and tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Head of Regional Sales to provide regional financial support.
• Model initiatives, assess ROI, and analyze benefits.
• Lead monthly P&L reviews and quarterly performance reviews.
• Develop reporting and provide guidance to sales and finance teams.
• Ensure new business proposals are financially viable.
• Maintain forecasts, budgets, and Workday updates.
