Job summary

Solutions Driven is seeking a Finance Business Partner to act as a trusted commercial finance partner to OpCo Managing Directors and senior leadership teams. You will drive improved financial performance through insight, robust forecasting and decision support.

Working with operational and finance stakeholders, you will translate data into clear recommendations to improve revenue, margin, costs, cash generation and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant: ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Typically 2–3 years’ post-qualified experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering.
• Experience partnering senior operational or commercial stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of revenue, margin, cost, cash and working capital drivers.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills; ability to turn data into insight.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner to OpCo MDs and senior leadership, providing clear financial insight and challenge.
• Analyse monthly financial performance and identify key revenue, margin, cost, cash and driver metrics.
• Translate data into concise, actionable recommendations for improved performance.
• Lead OpCo budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Develop and embed driver-based KPIs for proactive performance management.
• Support business cases for capital investment with robust financial modelling and scenarios.
• Collaborate with the Finance Shared Service team to deliver accurate month-end reporting and insightful commentary.
• Build cross-functional relationships to promote a commercial, insight-led culture.
