Job summary

The role is newly created to support growth through detailed client analysis and development of new revenue streams, with emphasis on strategic planning and performance improvement.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term modelling, and variance analysis while collaborating with operational teams and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Holds a full accountancy qualification with strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term modelling to align with growth aspirations.
• Analyse financial performance through detailed variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with operational teams to evaluate spending, investment returns, and resource allocation to support growth.
• Prepare insightful management reports, financial narratives, and presentations for senior leadership and the board.
• Use scenario analysis to assess potential economic and market impacts on the business.
