CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a multinational Distribution Group based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner. The role blends strategic planning, commercial partnering and stakeholder engagement with exposure to senior leadership.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning; partner with senior leaders to shape strategy; provide insight through financial analysis; and evaluate new initiatives.

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills will be essential to undertake the role successfully as will the ability to build effective working relationships with senior non-finance stakeholders throughout the business.
