Zusammenfassung

Bristol City Council in Gloucestershire is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Children & Education portfolio. You will provide strategic financial leadership for a substantial budget and advise senior officers on budget setting, planning and performance management.

You will lead a high-performing finance team and drive financial sustainability across Children's Social Care, SEND and education services, contributing to major transformation programmes including SEND reforms.

Qualifikationen

Experience leading finance teams in a complex organisation.
Strong finance business partnering with large-scale budgets.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
Commercial and analytical skills balancing financial discipline with service outcomes.
Experience in children's social care, SEND or education funding environments including governance of the Dedicated Schools Grant.
CCAB qualification is essential.
