Brunel Academies Trust is seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner to join the Finance team in Swindon or Salisbury. You will act as a trusted adviser between the Finance function and Education Provision (EP) leadership teams, providing strategic financial guidance and robust analysis to support informed decisions that improve outcomes for children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets for designated Education Provisions in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Produce monthly management accounts, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and KPIs, escalating variances.
• Develop monthly salary monitoring reports and support workforce planning with People Services.
• Support Education Provision leaders in informed financial decision‑making and budget mitigation.
• Training: Full training appropriate to the role will be provided.
