Michael Page is seeking a Finance Business Partner for 9-12 months to lead capital investment projects and partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting and investment appraisal, ensuring robust governance and value delivery. The role requires a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience in large capital programmes and influencing senior leadership. Hybrid UK role with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience leading capital investment; strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and manage stakeholders across the organisation.
• Experience in capital programmes and infrastructure investments, with governance and controls in mind.

Responsabilités

• Partner with programme and project leaders to provide financial support, challenge and strategic insight across a portfolio of capital investment projects.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, ensuring robust cost control and accurate financial reporting.
• Deliver project and programme performance analysis, identifying risks, opportunities and key financial trends.
• Support business case development, investment appraisal and decision-making for major capital investments.
• Ensure strong financial governance, compliance and adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive accountability, informed decision-making and achievement of programme objectives.
• Monitor project spend, benefits realisation and ROI, providing clear recommendations where required.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance, reporting and ways of working.
