Brewer Morris is partnering with a global professional services organisation to appoint a Finance Manager to own the financial management and reporting of a portfolio of global projects on a 15‑month fixed‑term contract in London. This hybrid role provides exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic initiatives.

You will lead management accounting, month‑end reporting, project accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and deliver commercial insight to challenge assumptions and drive robust

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong management accounting experience, including ownership of management accounts and month-end reporting.
• Experience of group and/or financial reporting within a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and the financial management of projects.
• Experience across budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and project profitability/performance.
• Previous audit experience or a strong audit/financial controls background.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to apply appropriate accounting treatment.
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful insight and recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Previous experience of leadership, supervision or mentoring would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee project accounting considerations, including revenue recognition, WIP, billing and appropriate accounting treatment.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, finance colleagues and senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight and constructive challenge.
• Support project-related audit requirements and maintain a strong financial control environment.
• Prepare financial analysis, reporting and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across finance and the wider business, using financial insight to support effective decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement in the quality and consistency of project financial reporting and controls.

Finance Manager – Projects

We’re partnering with a global professional services organisation to appoint a Finance Manager to take ownership of the financial management and reporting of a portfolio of ongoing global projects on a 15-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who combines strong management accounting and financial reporting experience with commercial project finance and business partnering skills. Working across a portfolio of strategic projects, you’ll take ownership of financial management and reporting, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide insight, challenge assumptions and ensure robust financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
