Job summary

Tai Tarian, the social landlord for over 9,000 properties across Neath Port Talbot, seeks a Finance Business Partner reporting to the Financial Controller. The FBP acts as the finance representative in the Assets and Development management team, providing financial analysis to help understand performance and drive change.

The role partners with the Director of Assets and Development to apply financial expertise, and support the directorate’s performance through data-driven insight.

• Experience in cross-functional project management for timely delivery.
• Experience in business partnering/consultative roles with influencing.
• Experience using data to drive unbiased recommendations and decisions.
