Job summary

Volvo Trucks in Warwick is seeking a Finance and Business Support Manager to lead a small team, oversee financial reporting, forecasting, Order to Delivery, audit activity and wider business support processes. You will report to the Head of UK Power Systems and work with Volvo Penta and Volvo Group to provide insights for decision-making and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance or Business with strong financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience creating forecasts and analysing KPIs.
• Experience coordinating audits and maintaining internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the Order to Delivery process and drive improvements.
• Lead month-end reporting, including income statements and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate budgets and forecasts and present to HQ.
• Analyse profitability and operating expenses to drive performance.
• Manage audits and ensure strong financial controls.
• Lead Front Office Team and oversee contracts and invoicing.
