Job summary

Volvo Group in the UK seeks a Finance and Business Support Manager to partner with senior leaders, improve financial controls and provide the information needed for strategic decisions. You will lead a small team, oversee financial reporting, forecasting, Order to Delivery, and audit activity while collaborating across Volvo Penta and the wider Volvo Group.

You will own the Order to Delivery process, coordinate budgets and forecasts, analyze profitability and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Strong financial reporting and analysis with audit trail.
• Commercial awareness with ability to drive performance.
• Experience with audits and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own Order to Delivery process and improvements.
• Lead month-end reporting and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate budgets and forecasts and present to HQ.
• Analyse profitability and Opex to improve performance.
• Manage front office team, contracts, invoicing, accruals.
• Coordinate internal, external and tax audits.
