Job summary

ILM Schools is seeking an organized Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the finances and day-to-day operations of our Primary and High Schools in Cardiff. You will manage budgets, reporting, banking, and cash handling, and ensure payroll and HMRC compliance.

Responsibilities include fundraising, maintaining financial records, managing facilities, health and safety, and liaising with staff, parents, trustees and external organisations. DBS checks and right-to-work verification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in school finance and budgeting.
• DBS, safeguarding, right-to-work and reference checks required.
