Job summary

ASOS.com Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a Finance Business Partner to lead the financial performance for Warehouse Operations across multiple sites. You will own the P&L, deliver timely reporting, and drive forecasting, budgeting and cost efficiency with senior operational stakeholders.

You will lead month-end close, scenario modelling and participate in transformation projects across the warehouse network, partnering with Procurement and Supply Chain to improve value.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience partnering with warehouse operations or manufacturing teams.
• Strong data modelling and scenario planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, financial reporting and performance analysis for Warehouse Operations.
• Lead month-end, forecasting and budgeting processes with cross-functional teams.
• Provide insights on cost, productivity and efficiency drivers.
• Challenge plans, investments and assumptions with clear data.
• Develop scenarios and financial models to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain to optimise value.
• Support business cases and transformation projects.
• Coach and develop the finance team to high standards.
