ASOS is seeking an experienced Finance professional to partner with Warehouse Operations across UK, Germany and Poland. You will own financial performance, lead month-end, forecasting and budgeting, and drive improvements in cost, service and efficiency.

Travel across ASOS sites will be required, and you will influence operational decision-making with strong commercial insight and robust financial controls.

Formación

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/Equivalent)
• Experience in supply chain or manufacturing business partnering
• Experience with large data sets and scenario planning
• Strong reporting and stakeholder influencing skills

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted Finance business partner to senior Warehouse Operations stakeholders.
• Own the P&L, financial reporting and performance analysis for your area, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead month-end, forecasting and budgeting processes to reflect operational plans in the outlook.
• Provide insight into financial and operational performance and identify cost, productivity and efficiency drivers.
• Challenge assumptions and investment decisions; identify risks and opportunities and track actions.
• Produce scenario analyses and financial models to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain to improve value from external partners.
• Support business cases and projects to optimise costs and performance.
• Work with Change and Transformation teams to improve processes, data flows and management information.
• Foster a high-performing finance team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
