Job summary

CPL UK is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join our Wiltshire team. You will own the finance function and work directly with the Managing Director to drive performance and financial discipline in a rapidly growing business.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and cash flow while partnering with senior leadership to shape strategic initiatives and growth plans. A clear pathway toward Finance Director awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Knowledge of UK financial reporting and controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the MD to support growth and strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Produce monthly management accounts, financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, financial controls and overall business performance.
• Deliver insightful reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and scalability.
• Support strategic projects and future growth initiatives.
• Strengthen finance systems, processes and reporting capabilities.
• Build strong relationships across the business as a trusted finance partner.
• Contribute to developing a high-performing, commercially focused organisation.
