Job summary

CPL in Wiltshire is seeking a Finance Manager to join a high-growth business, office-based five days a week, offering a salary of £55,000-£65,000. You will work directly with the Managing Director to build the financial foundations for the next phase of growth.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, cash flow, and reporting, partnering with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance management and senior accounting roles.
• Proven ability to manage management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong P&L, cash flow and financial reporting experience.
• Able to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Produce monthly management accounts, financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, financial controls and overall business performance.
• Deliver insightful reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and scalability.
• Support strategic projects, investment decisions and future growth initiatives.
• Strengthen finance systems, processes and reporting capabilities.
• Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted finance partner.
• Contribute to the development of a high-performing and commercially focused organisation.
