Job summary

Huxley Corporate Finance Limited in Chester is seeking a proven sales executive to support our dynamic team and strengthen HCFL’s position as a leading finance provider for commercial finance products.

You will respond to inbound inquiries, self-generate sales opportunities, place cases with lenders, and ensure compliance while developing referrals. The role offers uncapped commissions and clear career development.

Qualifications

• Proven broker/intermediary sector experience (min 2 years).
• Excellent knowledge, especially in Real Estate & Construction sectors.
• High level of compliance to industry principles and procedures.
• Strong ability to build and maintain a client base.
• Organised, motivated and energetic with the ability to prioritise workload with a focus on client service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries and self-generate sales opportunities to develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Ensure service levels and compliance standards are in line with company and industry guidelines.
• Place cases with a panel of lenders and work with sales support to process transactions to completion.
• Maintain an ongoing understanding of the non-regulated finance area.
• Network externally to support the company brand and referrals.
• Develop relationships with our lending panel.
