Job summary

EuroPC in East Kilbride near Glasgow seeks a Head of Finance to act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and operational leaders, driving financial performance and forecasting accuracy. The role offers autonomy to develop financial systems and will be supported by a dedicated finance team.

You will lead monthly management reporting, budgeting and cash flow management, while ensuring robust internal controls and compliance across European VAT, OSS and IOSS.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with corporate experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with European VAT, OSS and IOSS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management accounts, variance analysis, year-end statements and board packs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial plans; liaise with banking partners.
• Manage treasury and cash flow across currencies; strengthen working capital.
• Ensure VAT reporting including European VAT, OSS and IOSS; coordinate with external VAT support.
• Design and monitor internal controls to mitigate risk and safeguard assets.
• Provide commercial insight to department heads to improve profitability.
