Job summary

Marks & Spencer (M&S) is transforming its Fashion, Home & Beauty business and seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Supply Chain Transformation Finance team. You will partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate major investment opportunities and build compelling business cases for warehouse automation, transport networks and future operating models.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, with strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving business performance through strategic

• Experience building robust financial models and business cases.
• Strong ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate major supply chain investments across warehouse capacity, automation, technology and transport.
• Build and maintain financial models, analyse capex, costs, cash flow and benefits.
• Deliver investment appraisal analyses (NPV, IRR, payback, sensitivity) to support decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, evidence-based investment cases.
• Track benefits delivery and drive continuous improvement in transformational investments.
