Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Data & Reporting Analytics lead reporting to the Data Analytics Manager in FHB Supply Chain & Logistics. You will drive planning, prioritisation and delivery of strategic data and transformation initiatives across the business.

You will oversee end-to-end programmes, manage backlogs, and maintain visibility of priorities, risks and resources, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business requirements into data-driven insights and decisions.
• Proven ability to deliver projects with technical dependencies and work with technical leads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Data & Reporting Analytics backlog, prioritisation, resource allocation and delivery sequencing.
• Assess and shape new requirements, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and team capacity.
• Support workload planning and capacity management for analytics teams, balancing demand with priorities.
• Establish governance and reporting cadence with stakeholders, with transparent progress and risks.
• Define, document and maintain detailed project plans aligned to roadmaps and implementations.
