Zusammenfassung

Planit is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function on a 2-year fixed-term contract, based at our Altrincham HQ. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cashflow and compliance across studios, partnering with directors to drive profitability and informed decision-making.

You will manage a small finance team, champion automation, and maintain robust controls while mentoring staff.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years post-qualification experience
• Experience in design or professional services is advantageous
• CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualification with strong financial management skills

• Lead day-to-day finance function and develop the team
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts and KPI analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
• Oversee payroll, VAT, and statutory reporting
• Collaborate with project and studio leads to improve profitability and financial performance
