Job summary

Agincare is seeking an exceptional Finance Director to lead a finance function across 40+ entities, reporting to the Group CFO. You will optimise financial performance, strengthening controls while shaping a scalable finance function to support ambitious growth.

You'll work closely with the CFO, CEO and senior leadership, combining financial discipline with commercial insight and operational understanding. The role offers succession planning toward a future Group CFO position.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven track record leading sizeable finance teams.
• Experience of multi-entity organisations and complex, multi-site operations.
• Experience in organisations with significant turnover and payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a finance function of around 40 colleagues across multiple entities.
• Oversee finance operations, controls, accuracy, and efficiency in a multi-entity structure.
• Drive finance transformation, process simplification and systems integration projects.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide insight and challenge for decision-making.
• Lead treasury management, cashflow forecasting and financial risk management.
• Build relationships with auditors, banks and external stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and long-term planning.
