Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Finance Director to lead a finance function of around 40 colleagues across more than 40 legal entities in a growing UK care group. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will combine financial discipline with commercial insight and help shape a finance function to support expansion.

The role offers strategic influence, partnership with the CFO/CEO and senior leadership, and a pathway to future Group CFO.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven track record in large finance teams.
• Experience leading multi-entity groups and multi-site operations.
• Experience with treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a finance team of around 40 across multiple entities.
• Oversee finance operations with robust controls and efficiency.
• Drive finance transformation and systems integration.
• Partner with CEO and senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
• Lead treasury, cashflow forecasting and financial risk management.
