Agincare UK Limited in Dorset is seeking a Finance Director to lead a substantial finance function across a national care organisation. You will report to the Group CFO and oversee a team of around 40, guiding finance transformation, treasury management and robust cash flow forecasting.

This permanent role offers visa sponsorship for suitable foreign candidates, with a focus on strengthening financial controls and supporting growth objectives within a multi-entity structure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a large finance team (approximately 40 colleagues).
• Experience overseeing financial operations for multiple legal entities within a complex organisational structure.
• Strong capabilities in driving finance transformation, treasury management, and cash flow forecasting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including building relationships with auditors and supporting group budgeting and forecasting.
• Eligibility to work in the UK, with visa sponsorship available for suitable foreign candidates.
