Job summary

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Experience leading sizeable finance teams across multi-site organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a finance team of around 40; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee finance operations across a multi-entity structure with robust controls.
• Drive finance transformation, process simplification and systems integration.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide insight and support informed decision-making.
• Lead treasury management, cashflow forecasting and financial risk management.
