Job summary

Major Recruitment North West Perms is seeking an experienced Finance Director for a newly created senior leadership role in a growing multi-site organisation.

You will lead the finance function, strengthen controls, deliver commercial insight and develop a scalable financial framework across locations. The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, and offers £80,000-£100,000 with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with substantial post-qualification senior leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-site/group finance structures and UK tax/compliance.
• Proven ability to improve controls, systems and reporting for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
• Provide commercial insight to support pricing, investment and operations.
• Improve management information, KPIs and senior-level reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and authorities.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audit and UK tax compliance.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, banking and financial risk.
• Standardise finance processes across locations.
• Develop and mentor the finance team.
• Support investment, acquisition and integration activity.
