Job summary

Reply, a leading provider of consulting and digital services, is seeking a Management Reporting professional to monitor, analyse and present the UK subsidiary's financial performance to senior stakeholders.

You will drive profitability through forecasting, budgeting and KPI analysis, align management accounts with statutory statements, and collaborate with managing directors across the network.

Qualifications

• Requires strong accounting and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with SAP.
• Experience in finance, controlling and auditing processes in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse the monthly financial performance of UK Reply subsidiary companies and lead review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Support managing directors by providing financial insight to improve profitability and cost control.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting activities on KPIs within the management reporting process.
• Prepare quarterly management reporting packages for group and local management and reconcile with Statutory Financial Statements.
• Collaborate with Head of Management Reporting and finance teams to improve reporting processes, tools and controls.
• Develop advanced Excel-based reports and models, leveraging SAP data where applicable.
