Job summary

Prestige Talent Partners is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial management, control, reporting and compliance across the UK and Ireland. This pivotal role reports to the Managing Director and requires close collaboration with Group Finance and the Head Office.

You will manage monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and provide commercial insight to drive profitability while ensuring adherence to Group policies and regulatory requirements across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 5+ years in senior finance within an SME environment.
• Experience in sales, distribution, wholesale or supply chain.
• Experience with international parent companies and audits.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems capability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and KPIs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow projections.
• Provide financial insight, challenge costs and identify efficiencies.
• Coordinate group reporting, audits and statutory compliance.
• Drive improvements in controls, processes and systems.
• Oversee treasury, working capital and VAT/compliance matters.
