Job summary

Prestige Talent Partners Ltd in the UK is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial management, control, reporting and compliance across the UK and Irish businesses. You will be the lead finance role, delivering accurate information and strategic insight to the Managing Director while ensuring group policies and reporting requirements are met.

This is a senior role that includes responsibility for statutory reporting, control environment, and collaboration with external auditors, banks

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge.
• 5+ years in a senior finance role within SME environment.
• Experience with monthly management reporting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and analysis with timely close.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Provide financial insight to MD and management team for decision making.
• Coordinate Group reporting packs and liaise with Head Office.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Corporation Tax and PAYE; strengthen controls.
• Drive system/process improvements and automation across finance.
