Job summary

Cherry Professional is actively seeking a qualified Financial Controller for a Lincolnshire-based role with hybrid working. You will lead an established finance team, own monthly management accounts, and provide robust financial insight to support strategic decisions.

The role reports to the Finance Director and collaborates with senior leadership to drive growth. The position offers a broad remit across budgeting, forecasting, controls, and governance, with a clear path to influence business

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong experience leading finance teams and delivering monthly management accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance team across financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Own monthly management accounts and financial reporting processes.
• Provide commercial analysis to support decision-making and drive performance.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital and balance sheet integrity.
• Coordinate year-end accounts preparation and liaise with auditors.
