Qualifications

• Recognised finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Significant experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or operational environments.
• Proven track record of business partnering senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, providing clear insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with operational leaders to drive performance, challenge assumptions, and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver meaningful analysis on manufacturing performance, plant efficiency, productivity, cost control, and profitability.
• Lead initiatives on inventory management, working capital optimisation, margin improvement, and cash generation.
• Develop robust financial models and business cases for investments, capital projects, and transformation initiatives.
• Maintain statutory accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring regulatory and corporate requirements are met.
• Own month-end and year-end processes to provide timely, accurate financial information.
• Strengthen financial controls and governance across the business.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes, systems, reporting and controls.
