Job summary

Guidant Global, on behalf of Airbus, seeks an experienced Financial Controller to support Facilities Management, Real Estate (FMRE) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) activities across the UK, with a focus on Belfast. You will partner with operations to deliver insightful financial analysis.

In a collaborative, international environment, you will provide robust reporting, challenge forecasts, and drive cost control while maintaining governance and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Control or Business Controlling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions.
• Ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance representative linking business and finance functions.
• Deliver financial reporting across OPEX and CAPEX.
• Provide cost analysis, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support planning and forecasting for FMRE and EHS cost bases.
• Develop financial models for facilities, environmental and capital projects.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure alignment to budget and targets.
• Drive performance improvements through financial insights.
