Job summary

Guidant Global collaborates with Airbus to recruit a Financial Controller for UK FMRE and EHS activities, focusing on Belfast operations. The role provides financial insight, challenges business decisions, and partners with operational leaders to deliver objectives across a diverse project portfolio.

You will act as the finance link, deliver comprehensive reporting, and develop models to support capital investments and operational planning within a highly collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Control or Business Controlling.
• Ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate into insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance representative and link between business and finance function.
• Deliver financial reporting for OPEX and CAPEX activities.
• Provide cost analysis, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support planning across FMRE and EHS cost base including forecasts.
• Develop financial models for facilities, environmental and capital projects.
• Monitor expenditure to ensure alignment with budget and targets.
• Support strategic initiatives including integration and transformation programmes.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and governance.
