Job summary

Airbus, partnered with Guidant Global, seeks a Financial Controller to act as the finance lead for UK FMRE and EHS activities, supporting Belfast and broader UK operations. You will deliver insightful financial reporting, develop robust cost analyses, and partner with operational leaders to drive performance improvements across projects and capital investments. The role offers exposure to a global aerospace environment and cross‑functional governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Accounting or Business Controlling.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Translate large financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance representative across UK FMRE and EHS teams.
• Deliver financial reporting for OPEX and CAPEX.
• Develop financial models for projects and investments.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure alignment with budget and targets.
• Support planning including forecasts and operational planning.
• Provide timely, accurate financial reporting to leadership.
