Summary:
Sitting within the FP&A team in the Finance function, you will have primary responsibility for owning the compensation model, including actuals vs plan cost and headcount analysis, and creating the annual compensation plan in collaboration with heads of departments.
You will also be responsible for providing business support for the HR function, including financial analysis and advice to support strategic goals and operational efficiency.
