Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst to support the Corporate FP&A organization with accurate consolidation of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement while delivering insights to executives. This high-visibility role offers exposure to global financial planning, reporting, and business performance across the company.

The candidate will review financial statements, consolidate forecasts, and prepare management commentary to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance roles.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, reporting, consolidations, or corporate finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Collaborative problem-solver in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement results.
• Consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning submissions.
• Perform variance analysis against Forecast, AOP, Prior Quarter, and Prior Year results.
• Support preparation of executive reporting for SLT, Board, and Audit Committee reviews.
• Develop insightful commentary highlighting key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Build dashboards and KPI monitoring tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Document and enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

This role plays a critical part in Wolfspeed’s mission to scale world-class silicon carbide technology safely, reliably, and sustainably. In your role as a Corporate FP&A Analyst, you will support our Corporate FP&A organization by ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement while delivering insights that support executive decision-making. This is a high-visibility position within a fast-growing technology company, providing opportunities to influence financial planning, reporting, and business performance across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement results.
• Ensure reporting deadlines are achieved with accuracy and completeness.
• Consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning submissions.
• Perform variance analysis against Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Prior Quarter, and Prior Year results.
• Support the preparation of executive reporting for Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Board, and Audit Committee reviews.

Additional Responsibilities Include

• Prepare and distribute management reporting packages.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and reporting requests.
• Develop insightful commentary highlighting key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, profitability, cash flow, and working capital performance.
• Assist leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic decision support.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize finance processes.
• Develop and maintain reporting automation solutions using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SAP, and financial planning systems.
• Build dashboards and KPI monitoring tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Document and enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Support finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Reduce manual effort through automation and innovative reporting solutions.

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting
• Professional Chartered Accounting Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance roles
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, reporting, consolidations, or corporate finance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Collaborative problem-solver
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
• Power BI experience preferred
• Experience semiconductor industry or a manufacturing environment
