Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Chartered accounting qualifications preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting/finance experience; 4+ years FP&A/consolidations experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement results.
• Consolidate monthly forecasts, budgets and long-range plans.
• Provide executive-level reporting and commentary for SLT/Board/Audit Committee.

In your role as a Corporate FP&A Analyst, you will support our Corporate FP&A organization by ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement while delivering insights that support executive decision-making. This is a high-visibility position within a fast-growing technology company, providing opportunities to influence financial planning, reporting, and business performance across a global organization.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement results.Ensure reporting deadlines are achieved with accuracy and completeness.Consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning submissions.Perform variance analysis against Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Prior Quarter, and Prior Year results.Support the preparation of executive reporting for Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Board, and Audit Committee reviews.Additional responsibilities include:Prepare and distribute management reporting packages.Support internal and external audit requirements and reporting requests.Develop insightful commentary highlighting key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.Analyze revenue, operating expenses, profitability, cash flow, and working capital performance.Assist leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic decision support.Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize finance processes.Develop and maintain reporting automation solutions using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SAP, and financial planning systems.Build dashboards and KPI monitoring tools to improve visibility and decision-making.Document and enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.Support finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Reduce manual effort through automation and innovative reporting solutions.Required QualificationsBS/BA degree in Finance or AccountingProfessional Chartered Accounting Qualifications8+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance roles4+ years of experience in FP&A, reporting, consolidations, or corporate financeAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsCollaborative problem-solverAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPreferred QualificationsProactive mindset with a continuous improvement approachPower BI experience preferredExperience semiconductor industry or a manufacturing environmentWhy Wolfspeed?At Wolfspeed, we believe the most meaningful work happens when innovation and purpose come together.
